Rising to the top can be very rewarding, wether it’s in your education, career, your self healing, fitness/health goals, or working towards a healthier relationship(s). Sometimes we can get too laser focused that we forget to stop, take a look around and reflect. Where were you when you first started and where are you now? What did it take to get there? What would you do differently? You may not be fully at the “top” yet, but you are well on your way there now! Keep your eyes on the prize, but be sure to take time to reflect. You may call upon these answers in a future quest!
